Before founding Paragon, Joseph spent more than a decade in enterprise sales, marketing, and business development — disciplines where the product doesn't sell itself and pipeline is built deliberately, not waited for. He served in the United States Army, first as a Combat Engineer and then as a Landing Craft Boat Operator — two roles defined by pre-mission planning, contingency work, and disciplined execution under pressure. That habit now governs how Paragon approaches a listing campaign or a buyer search.
Joseph has been a licensed REALTOR® for thirteen years and has worked the Austin market for nine of those years. His practice spans Austin core neighborhoods (Westlake Hills, Tarrytown, Old Enfield, Barton Creek), Lake Austin waterfront, master-planned luxury communities (Spanish Oaks, Rough Hollow, Steiner Ranch), Hill Country ranches across Burnet, Llano, Blanco, and Hays Counties, and Central Texas commercial property.
