This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information through our website at paragonrealtygroup.co (the “Site”).

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly through the Site, including:

• Contact forms: name, email address, phone number, inquiry type, and message content.
• Home valuation requests: property address, property details (bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, year built, condition, upgrades), selling timeline, and contact information.
• Newsletter subscriptions: email address.
• Account registration: if you create an account, name, email, and authentication information.

When you submit a form or click a tracked phone/email link on our Site, we log a privacy-safe event to our internal analytics database. This event contains: the form type or link clicked, the page path, and a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address and user-agent string (so we can deduplicate events without retaining any identifying information). We do not log your raw IP address, browser type, device information, or pages viewed. If Google Analytics is enabled on this Site (indicated by a consent banner), Google may independently collect the data described in their privacy policy.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, analyze traffic, and support essential features such as authentication. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect Site functionality.

If a Google Analytics measurement ID is configured, Google Analytics may set cookies to collect aggregate usage data. Google's use of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. Our server-side analytics (described in Section 2) do not use cookies and operate independently of any third-party analytics service.

Paragon Realty Group uses Meta's tracking pixel and Conversions API to measure ad performance and provide aggregated analytics for our marketing campaigns. The Meta Pixel sets first-party cookies (_fbp and, for visitors arriving from a Meta ad, _fbc) used solely for attribution. We do not sell your information. We hash all personally identifiable information (email, phone, first and last name) using SHA-256 before sending it to Meta, so Meta receives only a one-way hash, never the raw value. You can opt out by enabling Do Not Track in your browser, by appending ?dnt=1 to any page URL, or by emailing joseph@paragonrealtygroup.co. Meta's use of this data is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy practices:

• Mapbox — map tiles, geocoding, and location services.
• Google Analytics — aggregate site usage analytics.
• Meta (Facebook / Instagram) — Meta Pixel and Conversions API for advertising measurement and attribution. PII is hashed (SHA-256) before transmission.
• Amazon SES — transactional email delivery.
• Content Management System — editorial content management content.
• MLS / IDX providers — property listing data and search.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with legal and regulatory recordkeeping requirements (including the multi-year retention periods required of Texas real estate brokerages), and to resolve disputes. Server-side analytics event records (which contain no personally identifiable information) are retained for up to 24 months for trend analysis.

Saved searches and drawn map polygons.If you save a custom drive-time or hand-drawn map area, the geographic coordinates that define that area may indicate sensitive locations such as your employer, your child’s school, or a family member’s residence. Saved-search records are stored in our database with encryption at rest and are retained for twelve (12) months after your most recent sign-in, or until you delete them yourself from /account/searches, whichever comes first.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including:

• The right to request access to information we hold.
• The right to request correction of inaccurate information.
• The right to request deletion.
• The right to opt out of marketing communications at any time.
