Joseph Stancil personally commits 20% of net revenue from his real estate practice to One For All Foundation — a 501(c)(3) public charity caring for orphaned and vulnerable children worldwide.
This is a personal commitment, not a marketing program. Twenty percent of net revenue from every transaction Joseph closes is directed to One For All Foundation — supporting the children who need it most through nutrition, healthcare, dental care, and education.
Choosing Paragon Realty Group means the work of buying or selling your home compounds beyond your closing table. It participates, by Joseph's commitment, in care for children whose names you'll never know but whose lives are quietly shaped by it.
Joseph Stancil serves as Executive Director of One For All Foundation. This relationship is disclosed for transparency. Donations are made personally and are not represented as donations from Paragon Realty Group, eXp Realty, LLC, or any client of either firm.
One For All Foundation was founded on May 29, 2012 by Dr. Hakeem Abdul-Karim, DDS — a dentist whose conviction was that every child, regardless of geography or circumstance, deserves to be seen, cared for, and remembered. Doc passed away unexpectedly on July 21, 2015. The vision he planted did not.
Joseph Stancil — Doc's closest friend and brother in life — now serves as Executive Director, carrying forward the mission Doc began. OFAF is structured as a 501(c)(3) public charity, dedicated to caring for orphaned and vulnerable children worldwide through holistic care, dental health, nutrition, and educational opportunity.
OFAF's Heroes programs invite professionals to participate from inside their own work. The three programs are designed to make giving practical, structured, and connected to the giver's vocation.

Mobilizing the dental community to provide oral healthcare and hygiene resources to vulnerable children. Designed for clinics, hygienists, and dental schools to participate at any level — from supplies to short-term mission trips.

Connecting medical providers with children who need care most. The program is designed to coordinate clinic-driven supply drives, telehealth consultations, and partner-facilitated medical missions.

Engaging the restaurant and hospitality community to fund nutrition programs for children in OFAF's partner regions. Designed to make giving simple for operators — from menu round-ups to direct sponsorship.
The Heroes programs are described above as designed by OFAF. Specific impact metrics, deployment timelines, and partnership opportunities are published at One For All Foundation's website as each program reaches operational milestones.
The full story, the children OFAF serves, and the ways to participate are all at the foundation's site. Joseph's commitment is one of many ways OFAF is supported.
